And this is why..................We..that is 4 out of 6, did a trip over 2 weeks to see some of this beautiful state. We travelled about 4000 km in a loop. From Brisbane north to Gympie before heading west to Winton then south to Birdsville before heading east again. Lots of things to see along the way....lots of dead trees, unfortunately not enough room on the edge of the road to stop safely.....soooo many of the good ones were missed. Although I did get quite well practiced in taking pics from a 90km/hr vehicle. Hey Miss, there is a dead tree on the left heading into town just after turning out of your road, could you get that for me PLEASE?????? Again, not enough room to stop with a caravan.
There is a windmill, sunset, sunrise and a famous tree that is not dead - the Burke and Wills tree- thrown in. Got lots more pics (took only 779) what's with that????, A few are very very very good, I will share these shortly. Will sort and return later. So, enjoy these unedited ones for now. Hoping they are clear.......silly thumbnails make it hard to pick from.
