Continued.... as promised

Now where was I up to??? lots of time at the table for all of us...plenty of movies watched....Walk the Line, Top Gun, Cocktail, Dirty Dancing, New in Town, Mamma Mia and seasons 1-4 of Grey's...We hit the beach for some photos late sunday arvo...got 300 shots alone on my camera...haven't counted the ones on Miss's camera..Hmmmm have decided Mum is a bit on the mark with my hair...seeing it was always short...having it 1/2 way down my back and quite wavy and thick does make me look a bit like a 'witch'...her word..LOL...just need to find an in-between style..Anyway back to the important stuff....Sunday morning saw us all up by 8:40am ish...I didn't hit the pillow again until after collecting the kids from school on my return Monday arvo..about 32 hrs later....did I get lots done???? nope.. finished my Junior Paparazzi LO then started packing up all of my stuff....with the company of one of the Grey's seasons....we packed up and left to head home...on the way we stopped at The Scrap Cupboard...my dear Bec stocked up on lots of Heidi Swapp goodies...had to re-organise her luggage to keep it under weight limit...LOL...Awesome weekend my dears...mwah mwah...must make it an annual event...

This LO is a lift of one my dear Miss created....using some of my new ledger papers....and paint, flicked across the page...love the idea's..

Dodgey pic. but all were taken tonight...just couldn't find the right adjustment on the camera..forgive the flash bounce. Tried for a quick simple design this time...the journal block is using one of the chippie shapes I picked up while at Spottie. I stamped the black flourish and penned in the outline and dots that were embossed on the shape..really happy with the effect...

Another dodgey pic....hand drawn title...my dear Bec was soo impressed...yeah like she couldn't do it..LOL...the journal block is traced from the same chippie shape as the LO above...have to make use in more ways than one.

Went with the Yellow idea from Grant's shirt..a bit of a challenge because I rarely, well only once or twice ever, used yellow..IRL the journal block ( getting the idea here...traced off from chippie shape, yet again) is slightly brighter in colour...but it's yellow just the same..Ohhh and finally managed some dymo tape in there...Hmmmmmmm just to manage to get it onto more now..
and my first Chippie bird....haven't jumped into the bird craze...my dear Beasties made it a challenge...
